Kenechukwu Igwagu started out in Hospital practice as a pharmacist in the Kwara state hospitals management board posted to General Hospital Omu Aran ,after graduation over 30years ago and has worked in General Hospital Oleh in Delta state, in community Practise in Kaduna state and as a production Pharmacist in Enugu before venturing to start Rugal Pharmaceutical company.
He is passionate about Pharmacy, Industry, Production and the role of enterprise as a tool for nation building .
He was a member of a faculty, The Enugu Greater Tomorrow Initiative . Which was focussed on training young people for personal growth and development, a director of the Enterprise Support Centre a non governmental agency promoting the incubation , growth and development of SMEs , a promoter of Ejindu Micro Finance Bank in Enugu State , a member of the Nigerian and Global body of Turnaround Management Association ( TMA) and a member of the organised private sector.
He has served NAIP in various capacities , including Zonal Chairman Enugu, Member Omambala 2019 conference planning committee as National Publicity Secretary and Member Strategy committee.
He is a 2013 Youth enterprise with innovation in Nigeria ( YouWin) business plan ,award winner and Grant recipient from the Federal Government of Nigeria
He is happily married with children
